Booking Terms
General conditions applicable to requests for availability and stays at Masseria Cimadomo.
1. Subject
These terms govern the procedures for requesting availability for stays at Masseria Cimadomo. Submitting the availability request form does not constitute a confirmed booking, but rather the initiation of a manual verification process by the property.
2. Request Procedures
The user can submit a request for availability by filling out the online form with the following information: room of interest, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, name, email, and phone.
The request is recorded in the system and taken care of by the property staff. No charges are incurred at the time of submitting the request.
3. Confirmation and Booking
The property manually verifies the availability of the requested room for the indicated dates. The outcome of the verification is communicated to the user via the contact details provided in the form (email or phone).
The booking is considered confirmed only after explicit communication from the property. The economic conditions (price, deposit, payment methods) are agreed directly between the property and the guest at the time of confirmation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. In general, the property reserves the right to define cancellation terms based on the type of room, the period, and the length of stay.
Cancelling a request that has not yet been confirmed incurs no charges.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated at the time of confirmation. The property reserves the right to agree on personalized times based on availability.
6. Responsibility
The property is committed to providing a welcoming service in accordance with the description of the rooms published on the website. Images and descriptions are indicative and may differ from the actual details of the assigned room.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the request form. The property is not liable for any service disruptions arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
7. Data Processing
Personal data provided through the request form is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For detailed information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from the application of these terms, the Court of Bari shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law for the protection of the consumer.
